Importing bills from Sage Intacct
In the
, you can import bills from Sage Intacct without specifying a template. After you send your authorization credentials to Sage Intacct, the bills can be imported directly from Sage Intacct. Once the bills are imported, they can be processed like any other payment file.Important: Currently, this process applies to bill payments only. The beneficiaries must be uploaded ahead of time.
To import bills from Sage Intacct
- In the toolbar, click

The Sage Intacct authentication page appears.
. - Enter your company ID, user ID, and password, and then click
Note: You only need to enter your company and user ID the first time you enter your credentials. After that, you will only have to enter your password.
. - To import all available bills, click
- If you want to restrict the import to bills to be paid for specific currencies, click

- If you want to select more than one currency, repeat step 6 for each currency.

A message appears at the top of the page to let you know that the currency filters have been applied. - Click
The import begins, and the payment file is listed in the grid.
While the bills are being imported, you will see a message that lets you know that it is in progress. If more than one import is initiated at the same time, the message will tell you how many imports are in progress.
When the import completes successfully, you will see a message at the top of the page that lets you know that the file has been successfully imported.
